Biologists don't care what your subjective opinion is when it comes to "formal logic" as they care about science and facts. Logic as a term is based off of these facts from biology and other fields, so if you are going to dismiss the very scientists who are doing the work you base your idea of logic off of, then you already have no leg to stand on. It is simply you spouting your gut feelings, which are fine as gut feelings, but are not logical.

"You make the point that nobody tries to claim there is a strict identity between trans people and members of the natal sexes. While that is largely true, on this very site you will find a mountain of literature arguing that trans people are the sex commonly associated with their gender."

You will see trans people claiming that "trans women are women" yeah. Treating a trans woman as if they are not a "real" woman because of some arbitrary factor of biology is inherently illogical and just plain rude. I mean. you would never claim a cis woman is not a "real" woman if she was born with a genital mutation, or suffered from an accident that caused them to have their uterus removed, or if the woman was infertile, right? Why treat trans people differently? Because, logically, it makes more sense to treat someone who lives as a woman, as a woman. It is more beneficial to them, and doing so causes no harm to anyone.

Logically speaking, there is nothing a trans woman has, where present on a cis woman, would have you refuse to call the cis woman a woman. If you disagree with this, then you need to prove it with logic. Not to claim some nonsense about biology while ignoring biologists.

While I am glad you are on the side of trans people and are working for their rights, you also undermine most trans people by acting as if there is anything logical about the mainstream idea of sex or gender. These are unnecessary boxes that nobody has to feel forced to fit into.

It is OK to completely reject this pseudoscientific view of sex or gender when it comes to ideas of it as a dichotomy. Logically, empirically, provably, it is not a dichotomy and never will be.

Trans women are women, as "women" includes a diverse array of peoples. Trans men are men because "men" includes a diverse array of people. Being the gatekeeper of gender and sex is illogical.
